Tim grew up in Carroll County and graduated from Bethel College with honors in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. With nearly 25 years of experience in IT, Tim has built a diverse career spanning higher education, state government, banking, and manufacturing.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys staying active outdoors by running, hunting, fishing, or biking with his family. He also has a passion for carpentry, welding, machining, and restoring antique vehicles — combining professional expertise with personal craftsmanship.
